Portable paddy rice destoner machine
This model is the most popular rice destoning machine in nigeria.
Destoner machine is a equipment to remove small piece stone, mental, sands … from rice. There are too many impurities in rice from some countries/areas, Nigeria for example, the rice need be cleaned before bagging.
Our SXY22/28/48 destoner is one kind of blowing gravity destoner which separate stones (and other impurities) by using their different density.
This type destining machine can remove over 98% stones and 100% sands from rice. It widely used as a equipment of small rice processing line, to remove the stone in polished white rice .
Besides it is also used to remove stone in wheat, soybean ,buckwheat, sesame, millet, coffee etc.
